NORTH PORT, FLA. (SNN)- North Port-Sarasot- Bradenton metropolitan area is has the one of the highest rent pries for a small city. The rent has gone up to $1,500 to $1,800 in one year.
“In markets like this there are always new entrance new community. I think that is a part of what we are seeing the new stuff tends to be the fanciest and most expensive,” Jonas Bordo, author of ‘Everything you need to know about renting’ said.
he said another reason for high rental prices is that more remote workers are moving to Florida for the better weather.
