TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (SNN TV) – THE Florida State Seminoles are currently playing the Georgia Bulldogs in the Orange Bowl in Miami.

However, they are the first undefeated Power-5 team to be snubbed from the College Football Playoffs, so Governor Ron DeSantis has made a decree:

“As a mark of respect for their hard work to achieve a perfect season, and to recognize that the Seminoles should be playing for a National Championship, the Florida State Capitol will be lit each night in garnet and gold beginning at sunset tonight, through January 1, when the playoff games are being played.”

The Noles took on the Georgia Bulldogs in the Capitol One Orange Bowl in Miami Saturday evening, and the Bulldogs crushed an undermanned FSU team 63-3.
